Ve skute\u010dnosti jsem tak\u00e9 cht\u011bl vyzkou\u0161et pou\u017eit\u00ed SMD sou\u010d\u00e1stek velikosti 0402, co\u017e je vysoko nad osazovac\u00ed schopnosti m\u00fdch rukou a o\u010d\u00ed, ale nakonec to dopadlo tro\u0161ku jinak&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seeedstudio.com\/fusion.html\">Fusion PCB service od Seeed Studia<\/a> nab\u00edz\u00ed mimo v\u00fdroby PCB tak\u00e9 slu\u017ebu PCB assembly &#8211; desky si m\u016f\u017eete nechat osadit. Cena t\u00e9to slu\u017eby se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z n\u011bkolika polo\u017eek:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>pevn\u00e1 cena za p\u0159\u00edpravu osazen\u00ed $25<\/li>\n<li>cena za osazen\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1stky &#8211; cen\u00edk je dostupn\u00fd na webu<\/li>\n<li>cena za osazen\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1stek &#8211; m\u011bn\u00ed se dle slo\u017eitosti osazovan\u00e9ho prvku<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pro usnadn\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e9ho procesu nab\u00edz\u00ed Seeed studio dv\u011b pom\u016fcky<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>katalog sou\u010d\u00e1stek, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed skladem a u kter\u00fdch jsou ihned k dispozici ceny<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seeedstudio.com\/opl.html\">knihovny OPL<\/a>, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed symbolick\u00e9 zna\u010dky a pouzdra sou\u010d\u00e1stek z katalogu dle bodu 1. OPL knihovny pak jsou dostupn\u00e9 pro n\u00e1vrhov\u00fd syst\u00e9m Eagle a Kicad<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pokud tedy navrhnete va\u0161i desku s pou\u017eit\u00edm OPL komponent, m\u011blo by b\u00fdt osazen\u00ed v PCBA rychl\u00e9 a bez pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Bohu\u017eel ale je knihovna OPL pro Kicad zat\u00edm jen alfa verze a (p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m), \u017ee vznikla konverz\u00ed Eagle knihoven do form\u00e1tu Kicad. Proto\u017ee mi nevyhovovalo pou\u017eit\u00ed sch\u00e9matick\u00fdch zna\u010dek z Eagle, rozhodl jsem se, \u017ee sch\u00e9ma nakresl\u00edm za pomoci b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch Kicad knihoven a sou\u010d\u00e1stk\u00e1m n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159i\u0159ad\u00edm pouze pouzdra z OPL.<\/p>\n<p>Jako pokusn\u00e9ho kr\u00e1l\u00edka jsem vybral desku REMO (REl\u00e9ov\u00fd MOdul), dopl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edho stavebnici dom\u00e1ci automatizace EasyTherm. Jde o jednoduch\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed procesoru ATtiny85, p\u0159ipojen\u00e9ho bu\u010f jako 2 GPIO, nebo jako I2C slave k \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed centr\u00e1le EasyTherm a ovl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edho v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 rel\u00e9. Rozm\u011bry cel\u00e9 desky byly stanoveny tak, aby se daly pou\u017e\u00edt levn\u00e9 \u00fachyty na DIN li\u0161tu, nebo (podstatn\u011b dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale za to bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed) celoplastov\u00fd dr\u017e\u00e1k DIN. N\u00e1hled v KIcad 3D prohl\u00ed\u017ee\u010di vypadal takto:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PCB_Kicad_web.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1368\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PCB_Kicad_web-300x196.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"196\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PCB_Kicad_web-300x196.png 300w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PCB_Kicad_web-768x502.png 768w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PCB_Kicad_web-1024x669.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/PCB_Kicad_web.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>V \u00favodu \u010dl\u00e1nku jsem psal o tom, \u017ee jsem si cht\u011bl vyzkou\u0161et pou\u017eit\u00ed komponent 0402, ale z toho nakonec se\u0161lo &#8211; pro usnadn\u011bn\u00ed osazen\u00ed jsem sou\u010d\u00e1stky vyb\u00edral pouze z p\u0159\u00edmo dostupn\u00fdch v OPL a n\u011bkter\u00e9 hodnoty ve velikosti 0402 nebyly dostupn\u00e9, tak\u017ee jsem nakonec pou\u017eil b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 0603. Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed jsem se sna\u017eil z\u00edskat nab\u00eddku za osazen\u00ed stejn\u00e9 desky u n\u00e1s v \u010cR, ale firmy moc nepodporuj\u00ed on-line z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nab\u00eddek. Po\u017e\u00e1dal jsem tedy mailem o nacen\u011bn\u00ed a dostal jsem tuto odpov\u011b\u010f:<\/p>\n<p><strong>odhad ceny za osazen\u00ed:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> PCB REMO \u2013 10ks \u2013 172,- K\u010d\/ks (bez DPH)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; ru\u010dn\u00ed osazen\u00ed, olovnat\u00e9 p\u00e1jen\u00ed, mat + dps dod\u00e1 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; term\u00edn dod\u00e1n\u00ed 10prac. dn\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee cena za pouh\u00e9 osazen\u00ed je cca 208,-K\u010d\/kus bez DPS, sou\u010d\u00e1stek a dal\u0161\u00edho po\u0161tovn\u00e9ho (je t\u0159eba zaslat desky a sou\u010d\u00e1stky do osazovny a osazovna pak mus\u00ed osazen\u00e9 desky zase poslat m\u011b).<\/p>\n<p>Desky jsem tedy nechal vyr\u00e1b\u011bt a osazovat a jen jsem sledoval stav m\u00e9 objedn\u00e1vky. Jednoho dne mi ale v mailu p\u0159ist\u00e1l dopis z Fusion PCB o tom, \u017ee jedna sou\u010d\u00e1stka se ned\u00e1 osadit, proto\u017ee nesouhlas\u00ed footprint a jestli mi sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e ji p\u0159ibal\u00ed do s\u00e1\u010dku a zak\u00e1zku mi ode\u0161lou. K mailu byla p\u0159ilo\u017een\u00e1 fotografie m\u00edsta probl\u00e9mu:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CatchFABF.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1380\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CatchFABF-300x285.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CatchFABF-300x285.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CatchFABF.jpg 495w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ihned jsem zkontroloval n\u00e1vrh a hlavn\u011b pou\u017eit\u00e9 OPL pouzdro a zjistil jsem, \u017ee jsem pou\u017eil p\u0159esn\u011b to pouzdro, kter\u00e9 dle OPL procesoru pat\u0159ilo. Upozornil jsem tedy Fusion PCB na chybu v jejich OPL a po\u017e\u00e1dal je o n\u011bjak\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu s t\u00edm, \u017ee sou\u010d\u00e1stku pot\u0159ebuji osadit a ne poslat v pytl\u00edku. Ke cti Fusion PCB mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se n\u00e1pravy zhostili velmi dob\u0159e &#8211; pro p\u0159\u00edpadnou p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobu m\u011b po\u017e\u00e1dali o opravu Gerber souboru a pro ji\u017e vyroben\u00e9 desky ohnuli v\u00fdvody procesoru a ru\u010dn\u011b je osadili na desky:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CPU_web.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1382\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CPU_web-300x207.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CPU_web-300x207.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CPU_web-768x531.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CPU_web-1024x707.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CPU_web.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Na druhou stranu ale zat\u00edm neopravili Kicad OPL<\/strong> (platn\u00e9 ke dni zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nku), tak\u017ee moje doporu\u010den\u00ed je moc OPL nev\u011b\u0159it a footprinty kontrolovat aspo\u0148 orienta\u010dn\u011b, zda pady rozm\u011brov\u011b odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed pouzdru.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee sortiment sou\u010d\u00e1stek v OPL nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 bohat\u00fd, m\u016f\u017ee se st\u00e1t, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1stky budete muset doosadit &#8211; v m\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se to t\u00fdkalo konektoru Jack a v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 svorkovnice. Seeed studio v doporu\u010den\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee sou\u010d\u00e1stky, kter\u00e9 nechcete osadit prost\u011b neuvedete do seznamu sou\u010d\u00e1stek. Bohu\u017eel u\u017e nikde ale uvedeno nen\u00ed, \u017ee p\u00e1jec\u00ed pasta je patrn\u011b nanesena i na plo\u0161ky neosazovan\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1stek &#8211; na posledn\u00edch dvou fotografi\u00edch jsou patrn\u00e9 &#8222;bobky&#8220; p\u00e1jky, kter\u00e9 asi vznikly po projet\u00ed pec\u00ed. Ru\u010dn\u00edmu doosazen\u00ed Jacku a svorkovnice to sice nevadilo, ale nev\u00edm nev\u00edm, jak bych tam nech\u00e1val doosadit t\u0159eba QFN pouzdro.<\/p>\n<h6>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h6>\n<p>Nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se b\u00e1t nechat i drobnou s\u00e9rii osadit. K probl\u00e9m\u016fm p\u0159istupuj\u00ed vst\u0159\u00edcn\u011b a sna\u017e\u00ed se je \u0159e\u0161it ke spokojenosti klienta. Nem\u016f\u017eu doporu\u010dit pou\u017eit\u00ed OPL pro Kicad &#8211; je o\u010dividn\u00e9, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o alfa verzi a \u017ee moc klient\u016f s t\u00edmto n\u00e1vrhov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem asi zat\u00edm nen\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 ale u\u017e neplat\u00ed, \u017ee v \u010c\u00edn\u011b po\u0159\u00edd\u00edte v\u0161echno za hubi\u010dku &#8211; ob\u010das se setk\u00e1v\u00e1m s n\u00e1zorem, \u017ee nech\u00e1m moje desky osadit v \u010c\u00edn\u011b a \u017ee to stoj\u00ed tak dolar, dva za kus a diskutuj\u00edc\u00ed si tento n\u00e1zor nechce nechat vyvr\u00e1tit. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek tedy slou\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 jako argument pro podobn\u00e9 situace.<\/p>\n<p>No a na \u00fapln\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br jen mal\u00e1 p\u0159ehl\u00eddka zat\u00edm existuj\u00edc\u00edch komponent stavebnice dom\u00e1c\u00ed automatizace (nebo chcete-li IoT) rodiny EasyTherm:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/20171106_164226_web.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/20171106_164226_web-300x241.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/20171106_164226_web-300x241.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/20171106_164226_web-768x616.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/20171106_164226_web-1024x822.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.xpablo.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/20171106_164226_web.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vlevo vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bezdr\u00e1tov\u00e9 \u010didlo (aktu\u00e1ln\u011b osazen\u00e9 BME280), vedle \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotka EasyTherm Connect+ a vedle dva REMO rel\u00e9ov\u00e9 moduly, o kter\u00fdch byl tento \u010dl\u00e1nek. Naho\u0159e pak 2.8 palce HMI dotykov\u00fd panel s audio v\u00fdstupem, \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm podsv\u00edcen\u00ed a radarov\u00fdm, nebo PIR \u010didlem p\u0159\u00edtomnosti pro p\u0159echod do \u00fasporn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Po dobr\u00fdch zku\u0161enostech s v\u00fdrobou PCB v Seeed studiu jsem se rozhodl vyzkou\u0161et tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost osazen\u00ed desek, tedy slu\u017ebu PCBA.
